Log into your SiteChatter account and you will find two reporting sections: Support Stats and Traffic Stats. Support stats gives a breakdown of how many chats were taken, not taken, or rejected by department, then by user on a given day. Traffic stats shows page views and unique visitors on a given day, and a numeric listing of all pages viewed that have your chat icon on them.
